Total Staffing is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Sharonville location! As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your goal will be to help drive candidate traffic into the branch. Responsibilities : Making outbound calls to current candidates and prospective candidates to see if they are in the market looking for work Setting interviews Greeting candidates/working the front desk Fielding inbound calls and porting over to recruiters/payroll/HR as necessary Working within our applicant tracking system Interviewing candidates Filling open orders Requirements : Must be bilingual (Spanish and English) Prior customer service experience required Prior call center experience preferred Professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule : M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm Benefits : Profit sharing (paid out monthly) Health and dental PTO APPLY today to be considered!
