Insurance Defense Attorney

CSS is working with a financial services provider in search of an experienced insurance defense attorney for a long term contract assignment (1+year). The selected individual will handle a large volume of matters, negotiate settlements, and handle the litigation strategy and claim file review for the insurance provider. Requirements JD from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one state or a territory of the USA. 7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of insurance defense experience.
