Job Summary: As the Production Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Ruggable. The Production Supervisor oversees the production floor and is responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of the area. Additionally, the Supervisor is accountable for the coaching, performance management, and attendance management of their teams which includes a number of line leads, operators, and associates. Supervisors are required to manage resources appropriately to ensure production is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters, as well as owning the onboarding, and hiring process for their department. The Production Operations Supervisor along with the Shift Manager is also responsible for innovating, driving, and sustaining continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. What You''ll Do: Become an expert of the production process and oversee all aspects Plan and deploy labor and other resources to maximize efficiency and minimize wastes Be a key stakeholder, voicing the needs of the department in various platforms Own performance KPIs for your team, and communicate them appropriately Train, coach, and develop team members Manage the attendance, interpersonal, and performance related elements of your team React to daily challenges and make changes to minimize impact on performance Embody the Ruggable Values, setting a positive example to your team Innovate, implement, and sustain improvement ideas What You''ll Need to Have: Required: Strong interpersonal skills Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule Experience resolving problems/conflict including disciplinary practices, performance management, appraisals Experience leading a team Ability to create and work in collaborative group environments Ability to thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite Preferred: Bachelor''s Degree Conversational Spanish 2+ years of experience in manufacturing field and supervisory experience At Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
