Sales and Marketing Assistant

Our client in Newark is seeking a highly motivated and organized sales and marketing assistant to support our sales team in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach in all aspects of sales and marketing administrative support.Key Responsibilities:• General administrative duties including creating sales orders, purchase orders and invoices, as well as answering phones,• Maintaining inventory system, customer and vendor files.• Assist with special projects as requested.• Develop and manage content for company''s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.• Develop company''s promotional and advertising materials as needed, including email blasts.Qualifications and Experience:• Company requires positive, team-player attitude.
