Position Title: Marketing Analyst /Coordinator Pay Rate: 39.85 with the possibility of an extension Length of contract: 9 months - Top 3 must-have skills/requirements? Organization and Multi-tasking skills, Moderate knowledge of trade show activities and venues. Basic MS office skils (excel, ppt) - Additional Notes? - (Local vs. Non-Local Candidates or how soon would you need them to relocate) Currently WFH, re-evaluate to be in office once fully open. - Education? BS or BA degree - How many years of experience is required? 1-3 Years Position Summary: Responsible for executing and managing events and tradeshows. This position will lead working with stakeholders across lines of business to execute best in class events. It includes working with sales, product, marketing and finance teams to identify and execute events that are needed to achieve the desired business goals. In addition, this role is responsible for selecting and managing the vendor relationships required to build and deliver events. Role and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the coordination and execution of major trade shows and events annually • Manage and maintain reporting for all events including ROI • Support the development of the annual strategic event calendar based on divisional direction and industry insight • Organize multiple stakeholders including Marketing, PR, HQ and Management as necessary for each event • Identify and manage internal and external services including: exhibitor vendor, craft services, event management, hotel/travel, freight and logistics • Manage costs with show management and vendors to optimize budgets and recommend most cost effective means of execution • Establish and manage timelines, budgets and workflows to deliver against objectives and deadline requirements • Supports communication internally and externally in regards to all events to ensure proper participation throughout the organization and with customers Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Event/Hospitality Management is recommended (BS or BA degree minimum) • 1-3 years of experience in event and tradeshow management • Successful candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multitask, manage multiple deadlines and maintain key relationships with vendors, internal and external organizations • Moderate knowledge of trade show activities and venues • Project Management acumen to lead cross functional work streams for successful and on time execution. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Collaborative team player with strong intrapersonal skills, and relationship building skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
