Corporate Tax Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce''s client, a growing international company in the Grand Rapids area, is looking to add a Corporate Tax Manager to their tax leadership team. The Corporate Tax Manager reports to the VP of Tax, and will be responsible for US tax provision, tax compliance, research and controversy.Responsibilities: Corporate Tax Manager directs all tax-related projects and compliance reporting, including the preparation of local, state, and federal filings Oversight for all local, state, and federal audits Assists in due diligence activities for the acquisition of new business entities Corporate Tax Manager assists with development of corporate restructuring plans Develops capital and operational budget for the department; Routinely monitors, manages and controls budget, analyzes variances and takes appropriate action and develops plans for productivity improvements
