We have a goal to be a 1 billion dollar organization within the next 5-10 years. We are on track to generate 300 million this year. You will be playing a pivotal role in determining the strategy and marketing behind achieving our business goals. We''re looking for that perfect blend of sales drive coupled with a customer-service mentality that will help us create loyal, happy customers.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop our most strategic accounts into our highest value customers who are strong advocates and promoters of our brandWork closely with our Strategic Sales Team pre-close to develop a unique implementation planHelp design processes, structures, and tools to effectively scale account management best practicesProvide day-to-day guidance and support to managed accountsMassively expanding customer value by working closely with customer sales teams Collaborate with the Product team to improve the experience for users on products soldWork hand in hand with our CEO to drive the strategic mission of our organizationYOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCHSignificant experience in strategic account management or direct salesGood listener who can understand customer needs and communicate the value propositionAbility to get into the weeds and solve problems independentlyStrong team player but still a self-starterThrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-flyYou are a unique blend of detail-oriented and big picture You take calculated risks in order to grow the business long termYou are someone who has a goal to be a CEO within 10 yearsYou are a student of your craft and love learning - you have read some or all of the following books - ''Good to Great'' by Jim Collins, ''Winning'' by Jack Welsh, ''Five Dysfunctions of Team'' by Patrick LencioniInterested in hearing more?
