Position Overview: Motiva Enterprises LLC is a refining and marketing company wholly owned by subsidiaries of Saudi Aramco. The Treasury department offers a fast-paced, team-focused, and dynamic environment that provides many challenging opportunities for developing one''s financial, analytical, and Treasury skillsets to help shape the success of Motiva. This position is part of a small team handles a wide range of treasury functions, including Treasury Operations, Corporate Finance, and Pension Management. The Treasury Lead is mainly responsible for leading all aspects of cash management and forecasting, managing the department''s Treasury applications and technology driven initiatives, and supporting trade finance programs and pension management Responsibilities: Lead the company''s cash forecasting process. Interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand the cash cycle of a downstream business and key drivers of cash fluctuations. Coordinate with a cross-functional team to identify automation opportunities and continuously improve cash forecasting accuracyProvide periodic cash forecasts to the parent company and other affiliatesLeverage previous cash management and FX trading experience and share industry best practice. Train new team members and act as a backup for daily cash positioning as neededLeverage previous Treasury business experience and interest in related technologies to serve as the in-house subject matter expert of Motiva''s treasury management system and overall banking technology landscapeLeverage existing treasury management systems and available technology to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies; ensure proper operations of all critical technology applications and interfaces with ITManage technology vendor relationships by holding relationship reviews, identifying training sessions for treasury users, monitoring customer service tickets, and facilitating timely resolutionEvaluate new banking services or products, and train other treasury system usersResponsible for cash investment and FX management, counterparty credit analysis and monitoring, and alternative solution/platform evaluationProvide periodic reports on liquidity, investments, and FXKey contributor to pension management, including pension and 401K plan performance review, pension and benefits funding, and other benefits related mattersSupport trade finance programs, including letters of credit, guarantees, and receivables discounting programs, as neededMaintain and develop professional work relationships with external stakeholders such as banks and service providersExperience and Qualifications Required: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting requiredMinimum 10 years of experience in treasury operations with multinational corporationsExpertise in cash flows and forecastsExpertise in Kyriba or other similar Treasury management systemsExperience in working with IT on new system/module implementationsFamiliarity with banking platforms, payment formats, banking products, and FXStrong analytical skills, including modeling practicesAbility to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, financial results, and actionable recommendationsAbility to collaborate with a range of business partners to develop and achieve shared objectivesStrong problem-solving skills requiredProven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projectsMust be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners as neededProven leadership skills to manage a team, train and develop junior analysts, and be an advisor to more experienced Treasury professional when neededAbility to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and to initiate and champion changeHigh integrityPreferred Qualifications: Experience in Kyriba treasury workstation implementationExperience in SAP implementationExperience in pension administrationExperience in Oil & Gas companies
