Our Digital Marketing Analyst will assist the Customer Acquisition team in increasing leads and sales from using conversion rate optimization. The Digital Marketing Analyst''s priorities will be analyzing search engine marketing performance and tracking A/B and multivariate landing page tests. The individual will be supported by strong Business Intelligence and Customer Acquisition teams and an analytics/CRO agency. The Opportunity: The successful Associate Marketing Specialist will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for: Assist with paid search and SEO tactics such as keyword reporting, auction insights analysis, and A/B testing ad copy and sitelinks Execute testing roadmap based on priorities set by Senior Marketing Manager, with the primary goal of maximizing sales from Maintain a library of past tests from all marketing channels and a backlog of future tests, which will be used to inform future marketing tactics Create and maintain a flow chart of all customer acquisition, retargeting, and cross-sell activities, to help visualize areas of opportunity Maintain a library of campaigns, offers, and landing pages for customer acquisition campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing channels Submit and track tickets with the Marketing Technology team for implementing web page changes based on completed A/B tests Find and contact publishers about new partnerships for affiliate marketing or organic backlinks Additional search engine marketing and reporting duties as needed Requirements: Strong organization and planning skills; detail-oriented Strong analytical skills Experience working with paid search/Google Ads or search engine optimization An understanding of how to use campaign, medium, and source parameters to track the success of digital ad campaigns Basic understanding of Javascript code snippets Intermediate skill with Microsoft Excel Experience working with, or an eagerness to learn, Google Analytics, Google Optimize and Microsoft Visio The Benefits: Challenging position with a financially stable and reputable company Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity & life insurance 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards Paid Time Off Voted Top Workplaces 5 years in a row by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution!
