Job Responsibilities: Serve as the point person for customers, the EWR operations team and Food Production team regarding all airlines service-related issues Report daily issues via email and daily briefings (e.g. delivery, product quality, retail customer complaints, customer questions etc.). Coordinate timely responses to customers and Food Production Team. Work closely with production team to help ensure that key events and/or projects are executed properly Handle special orders and special meals Plan, organize and manage department operations to ensure customer, employee and financial targets are met. Provide daily feedback to employees through FACE2FACE communications. Ensure that FDA & HACCP standards are maintained. Responsible for employee, team training and development within Food Production. Provide a safe environment for all employees. Ensure employees follow Best Practices in productivity, safety, attendance and housekeeping. Required Skills : Energetic and enthusiastic Customer service oriented Must be able to work in a cold environment Strong communication skills (oral and written) Consistent follow-through needed Ability to meet deadlines Must be multi-tasking Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel & Access) Culinary skills a plus
