Onsight Employment Solutions is looking to hire a B2B Outside Field Sales Representative to grow our client''s customer base by marketing the company''s products and services: Well Drilling & Repair Wastewater Services Pump Installation & Repair Rental Equipment The B2B Outside Field Sales Representative will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through completion of the job. This position offers a competitive base salary with a generous, performance-based commission package. **Must live in San Antonio, TX area** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Pursue potential new customers and diligent follow-up with trialing prospects through to closing the deal Identify and investigate customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, suppliers, and company personnel Read and analyze plans and specifications for water well drilling and service work Make contact with customers and vendors via phone, email, etc. regarding the company''s products and services Drive to customers'' locations and jobsites in multi-county sales areas in Texas. This requires the ability to drive distances of at least 200 miles from the Representative''s assigned office location.
