Job Title: Mixer (3rd Shift) Location: Elyria, Ohio (Elyria Branch) Division: Nesco Resource Light Industrial Primary Function Related Activities Occasional Duties Inspection Direction Exercised Type of Supervision Received Mix, pulverize, dry and screen various types of raw clay into suitable mixture for further processing in the ferrule presses. Follows established working procedure for this function. Load and unload ferrule furnace. Maintain proper temperature. Assist Ferrule Team Member in servicing the ferrule presses. Within the respective job description, responsible for box/container making, packaging (including weigh up, labeling, sealing, wrapping), transport and store in inventory location - and maintaining appropriate documents. Make minor repairs on the equipment and assist Maintenance Department on major repairs. Frequently inspects work to insure quality production. Visual inspection of ferrules for flash and cracks. Trains all new Team Members regarding clay mixing.
