Senior IT Project Manager

How you will impact ***: Manage projects and develop project schedules. Facilitate and document a fit gap analysis, including prioritization of requirements to allow the project to be implemented in phases if necessary. Assist with development of test scripts for all impacted processes. Help the clients'' subject matter experts to navigate features and functionality Provide training for end-users What you need to succeed: 7 years of IT project management experience 5 years of Kronos Time and Attendance project management experience. Strong communication skills, including ability to collaborate with C-Level individuals, end-users and technical teams Prior experience with facilitation and documentation of requirements gathering and fit gap analysis. Prior experience with initial configuration of a Kronos (WFC, Accrual, Attendance, Advanced Scheduler) Modules. Prior experience with test script development and documentation. Prior experience with testing for quality assurance. Prior experience in developing WIM Interfaces. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability support, guide, and mentor non-technical staff.
