Building Maintenance TechnicianAuburn Hills, MI Company is a dealership for medium and heavy duty diesel trucks and tractors.Work Hours: Monday - Friday. Candidate can choose work hours, between 7AM - 5PM, must be an 8 hour work day. Pay Rate: Up to $20/hr Responsibilities:Managing repairs and maintenance, general upkeep of the building both inside and outside Cleaning and maintaining the sales office, parts department, and service department Assistance in overseeing the maintenance supplies Perform troubleshooting on equipment as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:Must be mechanically inclined *Must have a Valid Drivers License and be willing to obtain a Chauffer''s License down the road to be able to drive the semi-trucks to move them throughout the yard. Must be available to work flexible hours due to weather conditions Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background checkMust have a high school diploma or equivalentIND3
