Server Patch Management includes targeting, scheduling, patch application, governance and reporting that operate enterprise-wide to drive risk reduction. In principle, the program operates under these expectations:Every server is patched at least once per monthPatches are applied consistently and effectivelyPatches are applied in accordance with timelines established by Global Information Security When patches cannot be applied within mandated timelines, a remediation plan is defined and approved by both the Line of Business and Global Information SecurityThe team is looking for a Operations team member who will report to the Patching & Currency Operations Manager. This role requires an ability to working closely with other Ops team meber to ensure review and scheduling of all OS patching activity in our deployment tool. The role will be responsible for scheduling Patching events in the deployment tool using automation. They will need to function in a rotating on call role.Required Skills:TruSite BladeLogicExperience with distributed server remediation (Windows and Linux)Experience in fraud, risk or cybersecurity areas.Desired Skills:Excellent Communication SkillsProven ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment with frequent deliverables and short timelines.Exceptional organizational skillsParticipates in design, development and support of systems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Provides technical knowledge and capabilities as a member of a project team or as an individual contributor.
