Location: Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark- Oklahoma City, OKMissionAs an Executive Chef with PSC, it will be your primary responsibility to create cuisine that exceeds guest expectations and to provide strong leadership while delivering cost goals and living our company vision and values.Major Areas of ResponsibilityAll performance standards are achieved through the use of the Core Signatures guidelines.OperationsEstablishes standard for menu contentEnsures execution of all menusMaintains recipes to meet standardsHas strong attention to detailRegularly obtains feedback from clients and guests to improve operationsHolds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest serviceEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsDelivers culinary standards to build top line salesSupports and communicates Company initiativesExecutes all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of OperationsEnsures proper execution of preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules as set forth by Director of OperationsEnsures that daily walkthroughs are being conducted in culinary areas for each eventControlsThoroughly and accurately uses applicable PSC systemsPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipmentAchieves daily sales and assigned cost goalsEnsures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achieved. With an elevated focus on Covd-19 protocols.Employs top-notch safety and sanitation practicesForecasts and adequately schedules team members to meet operational needs and desired targetsProvides operational planning to ensure adequate products and equipment are ordered for anticipated business levels without excessTeamDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersInterviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to PSC guidelinesConducts regular scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleUses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teamAssists fellow team members when necessaryLevy is an equal opportunity employer.
