This opportunity is based hybrid.DescriptionComplies with Network and Urban One''s mandatory trainings and adheres to related course deadlinesAssist with collections for outstanding aging balancesCash application for remote deposits of payments receivedHandle month-end revenue close process, revenue-related journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring appropriate revenue recognition and accurate results delivered in accordance with Corporate deadlinesCalculate billing data by campaign on a monthly basis for each revenue streamCalculate monthly Revenue Share allocations to Urban One divisions and other affiliate partnersManage monthly invoice distribution for each revenue streamOther responsibilities including but not limited to participation in special projects or ad hoc analyses as assigned Quarterly music license fees calculation and reportingProfileSolid understanding of basic accounting principalsStrong quantitative and reconciliation skills, be comfortable with extremely large data volume with excellent attention to detailTeam player with strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and communication skillsAble to work under time pressure, able to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlinesPositive attitude and ability to work with various departments and levels in the organizationEDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:2-3 years accounting experience in digital advertising or online media industriesBachelor''s degree in AccountingFamiliarity with Quickbase preferredAdvanced Excel skills a must, QuickBooks and Lawson experience preferred the submitters (people at charter level) process their own invoices - this person isn''t actually processing invoices, but they need to know how to do itNeed digital advertising and digital media Job OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.
