With our holiday season events are set to launch in the coming weeks. We are looking to expand our retail events team with a new Retail Assistant as soon as possible. Location: Chicago, IL 60602 - please note this is not a remote position. Start Date: 1-2 weeks ideally. However, notice periods will be considered. Job Description We are looking for a Retail Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets at our events. Candidates with strong communication skills and a friendly outgoing personality who can make customers feel welcome will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our event satisfied with the best deal possible and you will contribute to the store''s profitability.
