To join materials together utilizing the proper welding technique to satisfy customer requirements. There are 2 shifts available • Day Shift- 5:00 am-3:30 pm - 10 hr shifts Monday - Thursday overtime Friday • Night Shift - 4:00 pm to 2:30 am Monday - Thursday overtime Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Read blueprints to determine correct process for welding product. Determine appropriate welding equipment and welding sequence. Weld components together to satisfy Customer Specifications. Validate weld integrity with non-destructive test. Report in ERP system accurate quantities completed. Measure final product to Customer blueprint Maintain clean and organized work area. Perform Daily/Weekly Preventative maintenance as assigned Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and/or assigned. Model the right behavior in terms of initiative, compliance, moral character (honor, integrity, and courage) and work ethic to create teamwork and mutual respect amongst employees.
