Systems Administrator Windows

Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Dallas, TX. We are looking for a System Administrator; this is a full time opportunity with excellent benefits. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, provision, administration and maintenance of relevant hardware and software related to IT infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: The primary focus of this role will be day-to-day systems administration and advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft distributed systems (Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure), as well as some project support Manage cloud infrastructure services, including Azure, Office 365, Adobe, SharePoint, Meraki, and a variety of other enterprise solutions Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, hosting resources, systems, reviewing systems and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backup. Act as technical escalation resource (L3) for IT Service Desk staff Administer Office 365, including administering and troubleshooting Azure MFA Respond to post-project technical support calls that are escalated from Level 2 or Level 3 IT Operations / NOC Teams Solve problems related to installation, implementation, maintenance and operations of hardware and software and related infrastructure components Perform direct follow-up with clients regarding remediation where appropriate Interface with other elements of the client support structure including tracking client issues, updating client tickets and ensuring closure Document all policies, procedures and standards around the build and continuing operation of servers and systems Four to seven years of in-depth support experience and a solid general understanding of Microsoft Windows Architecture - Teams/SharePoint, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365) and Exchange Experience implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting core Windows infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Certificate Services, etc Experience using Intune to manage end points
