In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact FrankCrum business everyday by performing administrative support in the Corporate Human Resources Department in the following ways:1. Coordinates and schedules job applicant interviews.2. Performs data entry in the HRIS system to process new hires, employee evaluations, promotions, transfers, and compensation changes.3. Performs filing and scanning.4. Provides administrative support for various employee programs and projects such as monthly anniversary and birthday communications, Leadership Council, and annual reports.5. Maintains and orders office supplies for the Human Resources Department.The Attributes We SeekKeys to success in this position include excellent administrative and customer service skills, comprehensive written and communication skills, and knowledge of recruitment and hiring practices and Microsoft Office use.
