HR Coordinator/Trainer

Home Instead has an opening for a full time position training Caregivers and assisting with mentoring, retention, coaching, and disciplinary issues. Candidates should be professional with great communication skills, and the ability to multi task in a fast paced, team environment. Solid understanding of the caregiver-level scope of services, hands-on patient care, and Alzheimer''s disease is required. Experience working as a PT Assistant, OT Assistant, LPN; or experience in training or supervising caregivers is preferred. Extensive work experience in geriatrics or home care is a plus.As a member of the Human Resource Team responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: assistance with the recruitment and hiring process, HR functions and disciplinary issues; training and evaluating caregivers; mentoring and assessing caregivers in the field. Based in our Forest Hills, PA. office. M-F daylight hours with occasional flexibility and local travel to client''s homes to provide additional caregiver training, as needed. Salary is based on experience.
