Training Coordinator

TRAINING MANAGER Excellent opportunity for an experienced TRAINING MANAGER to work for an international company who''s mechanical products are a leader in their field. Ability to develop training programs and tools for industrial customers in a classroom setting or plant sites. Will develop training materials, online modules and instructions. Must be familiar with the latest training techniques and resources to enhance the training experience. Must be devoted to customer satisfaction and make appropriate recommendations. Ability to design training proposals. This position requires good mechanical aptitude and prefers someone from a product manufacturer. A minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Training Manager. Excellent presentation and speaking skills. Ability to develop and maintain training schedules. Delegate assignments to training instructors. Provide sales and service support. Maintain database of training materials. Must have excellent computer skills. (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint). Position requires travel as needed. Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
