Our 109,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.WHAT YOU''LL DO:Research and resolve all price discrepancies and provide cross functional teams with timely and accurate responses and resolutionsObtain appropriate approvals for invoice price exceptions and documents accordingly.Analyze price relationships between municate pricing errors and rejections to business analysts and field sales teamsCORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:A critical special project will be researching price discrepancies and summarizing the findings for the team.Perform daily and weekly functions in SAP and in SalesforceResponsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.Other specific responsibilities include:Provides support to the Business Analysts in their efforts to effectively provide pricing analysis and contracts for the Abbott Sales TeamReview signed contracts and documentation, updates Salesforce with appropriate data in accordance with OEC / corporate policies and notifies appropriate partiesAbility to work in team-oriented environment and working with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a time-sensitive environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet stringent deadlines is essential as well as attention to detail.Reviews signed contracts using various systems such as SharePoint, MS Power BI, and SAP to verify accuracy by collating, checking, analyzing and comparing items to documentation.Record audit by documenting findings.Prepare audit findings, write audit reports and develop municate findings by preparing final report, discussing findings with management.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE:Work with Business Analysts and Finance to resolve price discrepancies.Maintain Salesforce Data IntegrityAlso has a critical field support role. Create ad hoc sales reports and/or analysis as needed.Serve as a resource to the sales force and external customers regarding contract life cycle management.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU''LL BRING:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 1 year of contract auditing experience, and familiarity with business processes2-3 years'' experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.1 year of experience with is preferable but not requiredExperience with Power Query and Power BI is preferable but not requiredStrong business acumen with the ability to translate information into relevant and actionable fortable working in newly forming, ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervisionIntellectually rigorous, analytical, and curious.Dynamic, motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented creative thinker and problem solver.Ability to assess and recommend the best methods of collecting and organizing dataComfortable working with a defined project and coordinating efforts with other teamsDetailed OrientedStrong Analytical SkillsHealthcare industry expertise is preferred, but not required.There is no relocation assistance for this role.
