This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client. Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Marketing Specialist will include: Compensation (Range): 25.50/ hour Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to help move projects from start to completion with direction from manager. This individual needs to be extremely organized and able to coordinate and monitor multiple projects at a time. Works well in a fast-paced environment, can easily adapt to change and has fun within the workplace! Responsibilities include: Keep tasks moving and maintain up-to-date status in task management system Build out tasks, timelines and assign to various agency partners in task management system (Redbooth) Reference existing content to build communications for various channels Extract data from various sources and centralize in an organized manner Prepare slides for presentations and format existing presentations to support brand guidelines Proof content against brand standards and check for accuracy across deliverables Support social media monitoring and act as conduit to expedite customer response Serve as a liaison between internal team members, product marketing and agency partners to manage objective timelines Coordinate deployment of internal and dealer communications Marketing Specialist Job Requirements As a Marketing Specialist you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
