About the Position: The Retail Account Coordinator speaks with customers in the Home Depot Stores to set appointments for Kinetico water specialists. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving Kinetico''s relationship with the Home Depot stores to create more store generated leads and to keep stores focused on the Kinetico program.This position will follow a flexible work schedule. Most weeks will consist of 4 days during the week, and one weekend day of choice. Salary plus commission. Key Areas of Responsibility: Generates leads in the Home Depot by talking to shoppers to schedule an in-home water analysis and presentation.Conducts water clinics on scheduled intervals in assigned stores. Trains Home Depot Store Associates to develop their understanding of our products and program to increase store leads. Establishes and maintains good working relationship with Home Depot managers and store associates. Keeps displays and literature stocked and clean.Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude.Abides by all Home Depot Rules and Regulations.Performs any other duties outlined by the PM and Corporate Dealerships Management Team to achieve a successful Home Depot program. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: A High School Diploma is required. 3-5 years of experience working in a sales or customer service-oriented role is a plus, but not required.Must have an outgoing and friendly disposition. Ability to show initiative and establish and change priorities as required. Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and action and goal oriented. Must have excellent listening and verbal skills and exceptional customer service skills.Solid knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices; experience in lead generating a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Experience with use of an iPad.Must be familiar with customer data entry.
