Maintenance TechnicianNew multifamily team members are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000! * The District at Rosemary is a 286 luxury mid-rise community, located in the downtown district. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. They will complete work orders and turn vacant apartments for move in, in a timely an efficient manner and while working safely. They maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service to our residents, vendors, and guests.Maintenance personnel will be required to handle after hours emergency calls, and be on-call, as needed, including weekends.*Bonus to be paid in 2 installments of up to $500 following the new employee''s completion of three and six months. Employees hired into a multifamily part time position will be eligible to receive one-half of the bonus payments in two installments.
