Facility: Profile By Sanford 11071 Location: Frisco, TX Address: 3193 Main St 101, Frisco, TX 75034, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 32. 00 Starting Rate: 15.00 Job Summary Will work towards skilled navigation within the Profile Member/Coach app and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Completes all of Profile coach on boarding consisting of: pre-coach certification requirements, attending coach certification class, passing coach certification exam, and accepting Profile Code of Ethics including protocol adherence and utilization of meal replacements that directly correlate with member plans. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment. Strong skill set in developing trust, building rapport, and motiving others while exhibiting compassion, empathy and understanding. Possess computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic web navigation. While developing skills and building competency as a Profile coach, must demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to continued learning, including key performance indicators and business development. Upon successful onboarding including Profile Coach certification and 90-day review, will be promoted to a Profile Coach. Qualifications Bachelors'' degree or six years of equivalent and applicable work experience required.
