In addition to administrative and supervisory components of the work, this position also has the responsibility of advancing CBH''s analytic framework by supporting Clinical management's operational and planning needs via data-informed, timely reports, clinical outcomes data and measurement-based care strategies, and business intelligence (BI) options. In addition to the supervision of analysts, this position will collaborate with the triaging of analytics requests with the Manager of the Data Warehouse.Essential Functions: Build and maintain a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, performance management, coaching, and team building.Develop training plans for new analytics staff to assure that they understand the various data sets available for explorationAnalyze and define requirements; work with staff to ensure that proper analysis is being done to create complete and understandable requirements definitions for all analytics projectsLiaise with other CBH departments to provide updates on project statusAnalyze data, generate analytic reports to support project requirements and assist with problem resolution.
