Job Summary: The Accountant will complete a variety of accounting tasks. In addition to this, general office duties will also be required. Duties and Responsibilities: Complete various accounting duties. Work with other office staff to ensure month-end duties are completed timely. Complete various sales reporting. Perform cash applications for all companies. Follow up with customers on delinquent accounts Process accounts payable check runs. Backup Accounts Receivable Clerk. Backup Front Desk/Accounts Payable Clerk. Filing as required/needed. Education and Experience: Four year degree in Accounting with 4-6 years'' experience, will consider two year degree in Accounting with additional relevant work experience. Experience with MS Office applications. Hours & Pay Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, $22-$25 per hour based on experience.
