This national company is growing rapidly and fosters an entrepreneurial environment and is seeking a motivated and collaborative Accounting Manager to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER: The Accounting Manager will prepare reporting packages insuring accuracy and proper controls are in place. Prepare financial reports to summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. Responsible for accuracy of financial reconciliations for assigned entities and subsidiaries. Set up new jobs and projects in accounting system and assist in all monthly, quarterly and annual close processes. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage all general ledger activity. Will monitor and set cost controls for various departments and work closely with Project Managers. The Accounting Manager will manage and assist in the annual audits of company''s accounts. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE: Bachelor Degree in Accounting with 4+ years of relevant experience preferably in the development, construction or REIT industries. Public Accounting experience preferred Leadership and management experience Experience as an Accounting Manager or Manager in corporate accounting department CFSNOV2021
