Operations Support Lead Agent Everest Recruiting Solutions is a full-service recruiting firm and has been successfully assisting candidates with their career search for over 20 years. Our customer is seeking qualified candidates to provide strong operational support across brands to the Training and Certification Team by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information, tracking data, and performing Operations Support functions. To be successful in this role, this induvial needs to be able to provide accurate and timely communications to both external and internal parties. What your typical workday looks like: Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success Conduct daily walkthroughs to promote team engagement and provide assistance Respond to all requests in a timely manner, contribute to KPI compliance, and accountable for excellent customer service Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and follow through Utilize a high sense of urgency while working in a results driven environment Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Coordinate projects with cross functional teamsServe as Operations Support team lead and training facilitator Assist in tracking and recording data and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly team reports Act as liaison between staff and IT support, Sales and, the Educational Foundation Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reporting Be able to provide back up to Operations Support Specialist level 1 & 2 agents as needed Back up support to the Operations Support Supervisor as needed Comply with federal and State laws, as well as organizational policies, procedures, and processes as outline in the teams Standard Operating Procedures Preform related responsibilities as required Enthusiastically provide support for the team goals Perform other duties, as assigned by the Operations Supervisor Explain products and services, options, and related changes clearly and concisely What you need: High School Diploma Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Advanced Strong Math Skills Fundamental Restaurant Industry Knowledge Helpful Analytical/Critical Thinking Works Well in Teams Works Well Independently Time Management Reading/Editing 3-5 years'' experience required in operations support functions Apply now!
