We are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to work at two properties in New Orleans that are within 5 miles of each other.
The pay ranges from $16.00/hour to $19.00/hour, depending on certification(s) and experience. For example, someone with property maintenance experience and a current HVAC certification would qualify for the rate of $19.00/hour.
