QA Manager

This position is responsible for providing hands-on management and leadership on organizational initiatives to a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, while actively participating as a seasoned Quality Assurance Analyst for their own set of projects. Additionally, incumbents in this role are responsible for the analysis and validation of user or system requirements, incorporating activities such as test planning, requirement definition, design, and execution; as well as, planning and ensuring that all stages of testing are on time, within budget, and adhere to a comprehensive set of software development testing best practices. The position is to provide thought leadership to testing strategies and approaches across clients and its operating companies. The goal will be to effectively deploy the team to mitigate the highest risk exposure for the organization.
