RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Hunt Valley, MD that is seeking a Customer Support.Key Tasks: Customer Support will provide support through a web-based ticketing system; Resolve tickets through explanation of features or escalation Troubleshoot issues reported in tickets and determine source and advise on appropriate action Understand and strive to meet or exceed department guidelines while providing excellent consistent customer service and daily duty assignments As a Customer Support, you will manage inbound and outbound issues in a timely manner Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Document customer interactions accurately and completely to keep records of customer service requests and complaints Answer questions, provide direction, and research errors to ensure customer satisfaction
