Field Service Engineer

The GEE Group has partnered with a long-time client in search of Field Service Engineers for their clientele in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with full benefits and PTO, guaranteed 40/hrs a week and overtime available. This role comes with a company vehicle, laptop, cellphone, and company credit card. Our client is seeking a Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience calibrating, installing, repairing, and maintaining multi-function devices, copiers, scanners, among other electronics for businesses. They also provide their Field Service Engineer employees with two weeks of paid, on-site training to make sure they are up to speed on all the latest technology. Ideal candidates for the Field Service Engineer role will have a friendly, customer-facing attitude as well as prior experience with printers/copiers, or label printers. Responsibilities Install, calibrate, repair, and maintain a number of multi-function devices including copiers/scanners/printers/label printers Perform break/fix support for clientele Maintain the field service equipment inventory Electrical safety testing on equipment Maintain good customer service and relations Qualifications: Must have previous experience with printers, copiers, scanners, or label printers. Customer-facing attitude Ability to travel Strong communication abilities Ability to work independently
