Please read the job description below, and apply for consideration.Director of Production SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: (Primary accountability for specific functions and results) Responsible for meeting production targets agreed upon with the Board of DirectorsDevelops proposals for production related capital expenditures. Develops and controls budget for production operations.Work with the technical compliance dept to implement and revise IMS policies and procedures.Build a strong team to successfully manage the area of production.Identifies and evaluates ideas for reducing the cost of carbon fiber manufacture. Work with technical staff and others to develop and implement cost reduction and quality and safety improvements.Responsible for ensuring training, employee development and succession planning for production personnel.Work with sales, marketing and technical dept to develop new products.Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all company proprietary information.May be assigned, and be expected to perform to acceptable standards, any other relevant related duties as required by management.BASIC SPECIFICATIONS: To perform at a proficient level and to be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have: Education: Minimum needed is equivalent to B.A. or B.S. degree
