This position will be considered hybrid with a mix of at home and in office work. The Financial / Business Analyst is responsible for vendor reconciliations, critical vendor correspondence, status reporting to RCM leadership, patient collection annual budgeting process, internal audits and projects as assigned. The analyst will closely track patient billing placements to both patient collection vendors as well as collection agencies. This position will support the patient financial services team''s goal of improving patient satisfaction with their billing experience and increasing patient collection yield. Responsibilities Prepare, analyze and/or reconcile monthly revenue and expenses, identifying and communicating variances Communicate with multiple vendors to monitor, investigate and resolve issues (and review/analyze vendor reports) Generate Billing system reports, track and monitor results Assist with annual departmental Budgeting and quarterly Forecasting Manage large databases and manipulate large complex data sets Provide data analytical support and analysis as needed Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible Special projects as neededQualifications Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related field The ideal candidate will have 6 months - 2 years of related experience Strong computer experience, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel Experience in Tableau preferred Experience in SQL is a plus Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills Must be organized, detail-oriented and have good analytical skillsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription benefits available your first day of employment!
