The ideal candidate is responsible for building software using primarily Shopify Plus, Php, Other Php frameworks & MySQL. Job responsibilities will include working independently and with a team on modifying, upgrading, and maintaining existing applications, and contributing to new initiatives. This role requires the capability to design and develop multiple applications at an enterprise level. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a detailed eye for quality work is essential.Job DetailsDesign and develop multi-tier web applications for clients and internal users using Shopify Plus, Php, Other PHP frameworks & MySQL Distributed Webservices (including REST), JavaScript, JSON, and jQuery.Strong understanding of PL SQL / Stored ProceduresDesign, develop, maintain, and enhance systems based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards.Diagnose/track down code issues.Perform design and code reviews and help maintain code quality, performance, and application responsiveness.Act as a mentor to other developers with programming issues.Qualifications/Skills:3 to 6 years of relevant experience in working with Shopify and Shopify Plus storesGood knowledge of front-end development, liquid programming language, theme customizationExpert in JavaScript (jQuery), JSON, SQL/Oracle, PHP, CSS3, HTML5Experience in handling checkout functionality customizationsExperience in Implementing Shopify Ajax API, Admin APIsExperience with REST APIsExperience with graphQL APIConfident proficiency in programming RESTful JSON-based web services, and familiarity in working in classic XML-based SOAP services.Familiarity with GitHub for source control maintenance.Excellent verbal and written communication terested in hearing more?
