Test Technician

***Local candidates ONLY (Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, etc.) Adecco is currently seeking an Associate Test Technician to: Test and certify assemblies to meet quality standards Prepare tested assemblies for customer Includes assembly testing, pre-testing, and final testing Perform inspection of raw materials and products to ensure acceptability Process repairs on assemblies within a specified lead-time Assist in troubleshooting and testing process/products Perform inquiry screens on computer system Record and provide data for managerial reports Troubleshoot and test process/products with minimal assistance Identify and solve product issues Train other Technicians on new or existing processes/products Projects and other duties as assigned Actively participate with Lean Manufacturing improvement initiatives including development and implementation.
