Senior Production Planner

Adecco is now hiring for Senior Production Planners with a local client in Austin, TX. Production Planners perform essential duties with pay starting at $30.00/hour, plus available overtime. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your career while gaining valuable training and experience in a modern, state-of-the-art production facility. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of material through the production cycle Determine material requirements from engineering and production schedules Coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases Obtain materials using engineering and production schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels Ensure material standards are met and non-conformances or variances are approved and/or minimized Develop specifications for new contract orders. Utilize SAP ERP system in day-to-day work Requirements: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and stay organized Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and/or walk during the entire shift Ability to work overtime as required What''s in this for you?
