The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring hourly and salaried candidates in a variety of positions including entry level to production positions Conducting pre-employment screening procedures Conducting new employee orientations Ongoing communication with departmental supervisors regarding employee progress as well as program satisfaction Tracking of all performance metrics related to the account Requirements: Experience with social media necessary (Facebook, etc.) Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere Computer proficiency in MS Office package required Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Adecco is the largest staffing firm in the world, connecting more people to jobs at more companies than anyone else in the world.
