Position Description Operations Analyst II Project Overview: Regional Demand Planning requires CPFR and Business Process support and program management . Business impact is assisting internal CPFR by taking notes and support through allocations across NAMER customers in Consumer Hardware.The Scope of Work is our Pixel Products - Regional Demand Planning Overall Responsibilities: We are going through an overhaul of processes in Phones BU and scaling business,and we need help standardize, ramp up the process and bring in efficiencies in North Americas phones business. We also need help to standardize and record CPFR engagements all of North Americas business. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Take CPFR notes and standardize customer engagements Track partner forecast and changes week on week Set up Customer reporting Help setup and provide inputs for regional forecasting Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills. Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends. Excellent communication skills. SQL a plus). Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Education: Undergraduate Degree : BS. Engineering or Supply Chain Management 3+ years experience in a supply chain/operations related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and SQL code Strong communication skills Problem solving Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: Cross functional collaboration Business Intelligence Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Education: Undergraduate Degree : BS.
