Position Description Title: Instructional Designer Project Overview: Partner Experiences will be designing programs in 2022 that deliver against critical business outcomes for our media platform, including new product activation with the creator community (shorts adoption/ uploads), platform growth (growth in views and subscriptions) and critical support for communities. Our programmes drive great impact but we need support to make them more engaging (currently drop-off rate can reach 85%) so that we deliver fully against the impact we aim to drive. We need to bring experts in adult learning theory into the team to upskill our capability on creating engaging and impactful learning experiences, and create templates for us so we can do this in a more sustainable way in the future. Overall Responsibilities: As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with Program Managers and Content Strategists to design and develop learning experiences for our platform creators/ partners. You will develop engaging, live experiences that drive positive impact for our users and stakeholders. You will use data and design thinking to identify the best approach, and propose solutions that can scale across the Partner Experiences team and our audiences. You are a self starter with demonstrated organizational and communication skills. You are comfortable working towards deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity. You will collaborate across the team and with cross functional stakeholders to ensure the greatest potential impact for our business objectives Top Daily Responsibilities: Taking brief from Program Managers to prepare coming trainings Required Skills/Qualifications: Attention to detail Demonstrated ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks efficiently B.A. or B.S. in Instructional Design (or equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant experience. Command of learning design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM and experience authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline, Adapt, Evolve or Camtasia. Ability to manage projects and advance activities across multiple concurrent workstreams. Ability to communicate complex concept concisely and clearly. English Proficiency Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required: Team Spirit, able to hop quickly in an already-formed-team of both TVC and FTE and bring value Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking Skill/Experience/Education Desired M.A. or M.S. in Instructional Design (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience. Advanced knowledge of current and emerging adult learning theory and its application in corporate learning. This particular client is requiring that all new hires show proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
