PM Manager

The Creative & Marketing Team at Adecco is recruiting for a Project Manager to join their Sustainability Team. This team is working to develop and bring to market a fully sustainable, circular assortment with an innovative business model that reimagines product ''end of life'' and improves the company''s impact on the environment. To do this, they are assembling a dedicated cross functional team. The team will work within an agile methodology pioneering new ways of working focused on empowered, self-organizing teams, an iterative approach that allows for rapid experimentation with continuous feedback loops for rapid development in short time-boxed sprints, and mindful adaptiveness to change. This position is responsible for leading the end to end activities and associated process, managing overall timelines and project backlog utilizing agile methods. The PM will develop overviews to provide cross-functional team visibility to critical milestones, timing, resources and areas of risk across their respective area. Support Sr. Director in executing the sustainable project''s vision, objectives, and strategies -driving towards our north star vision and challenging teams to rethink the possible while infusing the ambitious realism required to launch in Fall FY23 Manage overall project roadmap (concept to initial launch and beyond), associated timelines, project backlog and milestones, partnering closely with sustainable project team to mitigate risks and barriers to achieve on-time execution Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enable effective and collaborative approach to program implementation, progress tracking and continuous improvement initiatives Drive strategic alignment across business units to succeed against company goals applying agile change management techniques Manage key ESG metrics across multiple stakeholders Apply agile principles to accelerate progress and drive uptake of sustainable practices Assist Sr. Director with day-to-day initiatives to ensure effective sprint planning/cycles, backlog prioritization, continuous improvement, customer feedback loops, and timely ''releases'' that deliver incremental business value through the product lifecycle Coordinate ongoing customer engagement and feedback loops for continuous improvement Recap sprint retrospectives and summarize next steps for future sprints and processes Lead efficient and effective communication within the pods Attend team working sessions to ensure on-time execution of project Summarize next steps/open items during milestone meetings; schedule follow up outside of established/scheduled project activities and milestones Communicate key decisions and updates in between scheduled project activities/milestones The accomplished individual will possess...
