Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Length: 4 Months Pay: $20.00/HR Shift/Hours: 8A - 4:30P Monday- Friday CST Responsibilities for this Accounts Payable Processor position include but are not limited to: Candidate will handle the Revenue cycle Top responsibilities for this position: Positions in this function prepare and maintain records of amounts owed and ensures prompt payment of invoices Processes and verifies invoice coding of expenses, preparation of vouchers, and issuance of checks for payment Reviews documents for accuracy and compliance with organization policy and regulatory guidelines including proper authorization, documentation, general ledger coding, correct amounts, proper remittance and sales tax May include responsibility for vendor and provider payments, as well as employee reimbursements.
