Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who will essentially have the duties to perform cost down/feasibility analysis, design reviews and evaluations, 3D CAD modeling, BOM work, drafting/checking of drawings plus writing engineering change orders and technical reports. As well as work with production teams to provide hands-on support of design changes and production issues. We are looking for an engineer who can troubleshoot, develop, and release problem resolutions for existing products and oversee design changes of mechanical hydraulic and/or electrical components, products and systems related to all products. Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses Bachelor''s Degree. 2 to 7 years'' experience. Working knowledge of Windows Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience using good customer service skills. Experience using Creo or similar 3D CAD system. Component assembly experience in automotive or industrial systems - mobile or stationary. Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, multi-task and be results oriented. Hands-on experience with design, prototype build, testing, production release and costing. Experience with mobile industrial product applications in warehousing, paper, block handling and bottling. Experience working with consultants and suppliers for component development. Hands-on experience with design and testing of hydraulic components, drive systems, and mechanisms.
