Discover more at /about.Primary responsibilities are to manage, and maintain relationships with international financial institutions, mainly Factors Chain International (FCI) business partners, located globally. This position is based in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:Maintain high quality international service standards through regular communication with clients via phone, email, social media, and travelFoster relationships with new and existing partners to finalize deals and keep the business with CITSupport both the customer credit department and the operations department to ensure the highest quality service to partnersEvaluate client profitability, monitor commission income, and review accounts receivable aging regularlyResearch and identify new and viable opportunities, using social media and other tools to identify prospects for export and reverse marketing prospects for import.Identify and attend relevant and appropriate industry and regional events and trade shows for networking and new business opportunities as appropriateBusiness travel required as needed to cover assigned geographic regionManage sales activities in Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree: Factors Chain International certification is required within the first two years of employmentChinese language (Mandarin/Cantonese) proficiency; speaking, reading, and writing skills are requiredTwo to three years'' experience in international financial servicesDemonstrated sales skills in negotiation, and influencingDemonstrated success working collaboratively to achieve team goalsProficient computer skills, including the ability to develop and maintain a contact database and maintain records in Other requirements include foreign currency and international trade experienceCIT is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
