PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Billing & AR Specialist position specializes in key areas of the revenue cycle within all 4 programs of The Children''s Home - Pediatric Specialty Hospital, Child''s Way, Adoption and Pediatric View. The key areas focus on charging, medical claims submission, claims follow up, payment posting and charge master management. This position should have commitment to accuracy and timeliness; is responsible and self-motivated to work with minimum supervision; is calm under pressure, with the flexibility and adaptability to a changing healthcare environment.
