Job Description

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a CSR Repair Administrator in Lenexa, KS.Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the safe handling and processing of aircraft materials and parts as required by the client, regulatory requirements and best practicesReceive and unload incoming materials and compare information on packing slip with purchase orders (POs) or invoices to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customersInspect shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or CSR teamReceive product deliveries and process daily incoming goods and returns into Repair Center database and ERP systemsAccurately input received parts documentation into computer system and forward notification to Operations and CSR team Communicate and coordinate with the customer service team for product returns/repair and receiving issues Create Repair Orders for returned parts as directed by Repairs Department processes and or supervisors Records and processes customer orders and/or inquiries demonstrating analysis, sound judgment, and sensitivity to customer needsUtilize computer system to maintain and update status in a timely manner.Frequent: lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling of moderately heavy weight objects ( 50 lbs) Maintains delivery records for received productsAdditional tasks/ duties as assigned by Operations ManagerDaily cleaning organizing and general housekeeping of the repairs receiving area File or scan file all related paperwork in order to close out repairsMaintain/process paperwork and files per established company proceduresEstablish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with customers, other employees, supervisors and managersMaintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations Basic Qualifications: Strong computer skills Attention to detail, Accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organizationGood communication skillsHigh School Diploma or GED At least three years working in a materials or customer service roleMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
